Backyard Fire Table

Fire Table
How to Light the Fire Table
** Please follow these steps carefully every time you use the fire table.**
Items needed:
- Get the long lighter from the kitchen drawer.
Before Lighting
- Open the cabinet below the fire table.
- Make sure the propane tank knob is turned fully open by turning it to the right until it stops.
Lighting the Fire Table
- Hold the long lighter flame over the rocks in the center of the fire table, near the burner.
- While holding the lighter flame in place, press in the control knob on the fire table.
- Turn the knob slightly until the burner lights, From the lighter
- Once the fire table produces flames, remove the lighter.
- Continue holding the knob down for about 60 seconds.
You must hold the knob down because the fire table has a safety sensor that needs time to warm up. If you release the knob too soon, the gas will shut off and the flame will go out. Annoying, yes. Safer, also yes.
Flame Height
After the flame stays lit, adjust the fire table knob to set the flame to a safe level.
The flames should be approximately 4 to 6 inches high.
Do not run the flames higher than 8 inches. Flames over 8 inches are considered excessive and may damage the fire table, create unnecessary fire risk, and increase danger in the mountain area.
Turning Off the Fire Table
When you are finished:
- Turn the fire table control knob to the OFF position.
- Open the cabinet below the fire table.
- Turn the propane tank knob fully off by turning it to the left until it will not turn anymore.
- Make sure the propane tank is fully inside the cabinet.
- Close the cabinet door.
Thank you for helping us keep the property, the fire table, and the mountain safe.
