Tucked Back

This could make it difficult to find for some. So I recommend putting the address into your GPS or Maps app.

Slow down as you get close. But if you miss the first drive, you have a second shot at the second driveway onto the property.

Long Driveway

We do have a long driveways from the road to the house on the right side. That leads straight to the EV Charger.

Open Parking

We have intentional left the front yard open and accessible for parking and snow play. Our county permit states we are allowed up to 5 cars.

Unfortunately, the San Bernadino county law states. “Open storage of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers and similar vehicles” are “Not Allowed”. Bringing such trailers on our property could result in fines up to $2500.00 and us loosing our rental permit.

Winter Play Area

This large open space also makes a great snow play area in the winter.

We’ve seen lots of great snowmen built here.
